About Us

Real Estate and music don't often get blended together. When this Canadian girl first met and married her Southern Prince Charming, all we dreamed about was raising our daughters to continue the legacy that Rusty's dad, Hugh Carroll, started fifty years ago with his gospel group, The Carrolls. As our girls grew, we transitioned into real estate and renovating investment properties. We went from singing on a stage, to singing on a ladder. From microphones and musical instruments- to power saws and paint. After six years of growing our real estate rental property business, with the help of our family, we reached our F.I.R.E. (Financial, Independence; Retire Early) goal. We even wrote a book about it!

Marriage

Music & Ministry

Rusty and Becky have always had a heart for ministry, whether it was traveling as The Carrolls, Becky with her role as the Executive Director of our Pregnancy Care Center, or pointing people to our Lord through serving on the Praise and Worship team. Becky mentored and guided many mothers and fathers-to-be in the right direction. I have known Rusty and Becky and the entire Carroll family for many years, Rusty in particular since he was a child. Rusty and Becky have raised three wonderful daughters. Through the highs and lows of their lives, their abiding faith remains steadfast and true - they are an inspiration to me. We are honored to call them friends and bother and sister in Christ.
